One Arm Cable Row: 10 reps each arm for 3 sets
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift 8 reps for 5 sets
Lat Pull-downs: 15 reps for 3 sets
One Arm Row Off Bench: 8 reps each arm for 3 sets
