Decline Plate Sit-Ups: 15 reps for 4 sets
Roman Chair Oblique Crunches: 10 reps each side for 4 sets
Decline Med Ball Twists: 10 reps each side for 3 sets
Hanging Leg Raises: 5-10 reps for 5 sets
Hanging Knee Tucks: 5 each side for 3 sets
